For layaway (depending on the amount of the purchase price I can extend up to 90 days) is a refundable plan of every 15/30 days on a non-refundable monthly payment agreement.
Depending on the purchase amount, I will keep the chosen jewel reserved for you, up to the last payment made.
If the final payment is not paid within 7 days of the expiration date, the item will be sold in the PatinePolvere store.
All the time, I can send a reminder on request before the expiration date arrives.

All my shipments are very carefully packaged.
Each necklace is inserted in a reinforcement box with cover to protect transport damage. I really care that my creations arrive healthy in the place intended for them.

However, the unforeseen unexpected can happen to me, for this reason there are additional insurance to the shipment chosen with the express courier paid by the customer.


Please note that once your item has been securely packaged and left my hands, Patine&Polvere will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment, either by standard shipping method or by express courier.
So the insurance can be added to your request.

For international shipping, packages have different price brackets for each country based on volume and weight.
I remind you that I send from Italy, it's costs also depend on the journey to be made.
The good news is that I'm charging you a flat rate, and you can order as much as you want for a single price.
In fact, I don't even charge you the full amount of shipping, and I absorb part of the cost with every order, for the United States, Canada, Australia and the East, countries where the rate is higher, compared to Europe which is close to me as a management base.
